I had superior heating and cooling install a brand new Bryant heating and A/C system in my home. Rick and Kevin did an amazing job, they arrived on time, were able to do the full install in 4 1/2 hours, and did an amazing clean up, i am extremely please and happy with the service superior provided, and the job was completed in only 2 days, I would recommend superior and these 2 technicians to anyone.

I've had Superior Heating maintain my cooling and heating systems since 2007, and I couldn't be happier with their services. I moved into a house with radiators and no central heat or air, and they installed central air (I keep the radiators) and have been servicing everything ever since. Dave Essner has been my technician for years, and he's nothing short of amazing; he's very experienced, and since he's been servicing my heat and cooling for years, he knows my house and my systems very well! Superior Heating provides superior service. Highly recommend!

SUPERIOR is right! Yesterday we had our air conditioning and heat pump replaced by Superior Service and let me tell you what a great experience it was! Not only is it hard to deal with hearing that your system is beyond repair (for the most part), but dealing with that news in the midst of other traumatic things we have going on right now made it 10x worse. Not only did Jerry A. spend quality time checking our system and reviewing all the options with us, he took the time and ease to answer all of our questions with a deep understanding of HVAC and ensured we understood everything. He was so professional, courteous, caring (in spades), and knowledgeable. We appreciated everything he brought to the table. Then there were our techs for the install just a few days later. Cody B. and Zach were in full swing at our home installing our new system. They worked hard and diligent and got the job done in a efficient, timely manner, but I will say the task at hand took a greater part of the day, which was completely understandable. Once again, their professionalism, care (also in spades), knowledge, and work ethic were noticed and greatly appreciated. Never once were we pressured or felt like this team was here to get the inspection or the install done quickly. When we knew we needed our system addressed, I Googled to see what company came highly recommended and now we know why Superior came in at the top of the list. Keep doing what you're doing, hiring techs who represent your company with integrity, respect, education, and professionalism, and Superior will be around for generations to come. Rick, Chris G. And Kevin did an amazing job of putting in my new furnace and thermostat. Also, they correct the flot flow of my hot water heater to go in the right direction. They were very professional and kept going until the work was finished. They did an excellent job of cleaning up and hauling away everything from old furnace!A Job Well Done! Everything about my experience with Superior has been awesome!! Lucas came out and spent time figuring out what would work best for our house. Then took time to talk to my husband and answer questions that I couldn't. Cody and Zach came out and did the work this morning. They were on time, polite & got the job done quickly. I also really liked the text including a picture of who was going to be showing up at my house with some information about them. I would recommend Superior and all of the people I worked with to anyone!!!4/16/24...Chris came out to check on my A/C that wasn't working today. Great service again!!
