Korey was great. They got us a quick appointment, and corrected our problem quickly. Korey was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. He knew about our issue as well as our specific equipment and our local concerns. He explained everything that was going on thoroughly and gave us several options and recommendations for short term and long term success and cost savings. He did not pressure any decisions, and then completed the work quickly. He verified functionality and updated us on his additional findings.

We had issues with our old, builder grade sump pump not keeping up and overfilling the pit from an outdoor drain clog issue so had water seeping up through the foundation floor. John G. was able to come within an hour from calling in to replace our dying sump pump with a much heavier duty Zoeller brand pump that was immediately more noticeably quieter and quicker to drain the pit. He also helped fix a broken pipe mount bracket that was damaged and zip tied the power cord much nicer than the builder did 8 years ago. He even redid the main outdoor drain line to a clean discharge path to its ready for when the buried drain lines get done this spring. Blown away about his expertise and ease of explaining each step to me with many other helpful recommendations for our hous. He was very helpful with explaining warranty information and love that he explained all options to help us. Thanks again for your help John!

Ted is the best plumber we have experienced. He is honest, thorough and straight forward. He only pointed out the items that needed replacing vs others plumber who said everything was bad. Now we know who we can trust with plumbing problems

Still working on my house ! I have one or more pensioners and my right hip I'm under chiropractic Care ! Still working on my house ! So my relatives said I've got one or two months to get the house where I feel comfortable letting people into my house ! So just for the sake of argument if I didn't get it done in 2 months is that going to be bad ! Just curious !

Kory did a great! The odd smell didn't involve the furnace but he still checked out outlets and switches and discovered it was a pan where the plastic handle was melting. It was a great relief for us.

We wanted to leave a very positive review in behalf of John Goste who made a service call at our home on December 22nd. We had a leaking toilet and he replaced it with a new one. He was very professional and did a really good job. We’d be glad to have him do any future needed plumbing repairs!

Jerry Ayyad came in and very quickly diagnosed the problem with our heater and got it fixed for us. He also did a comprehensive check to make sure ec was working well before leaving. I would recommend this service.

Another round of help from Superior. Arrived same day for kitchen faucet leak. Had to replace fixture-integrated supply line. Their techs are so friendly, well-trained, patient and efficient.

Technician and service was excellent. Speed, honesty and quality were great. Overhead charges very exorbitant. Would’ve paid plumber 2-3 hundred an hour for the quality but the rest of the costs are pretty outrageous

Special thanks to Jesse and Noah for their exceptional service. I had to replace my heater and they provided updates on their progress throughout the installation process, left my basement in pristine condition and with care and patience give us a brief tutorial on our system. We are very pleased with the outcome.
