John G provided an us with exceptional service and was knowledgable about the leak from our master bathroom that was leaking into the basement. He was kind, professional, and met all of our needs. We highly recommend John from Superior Service.
Nick came over to my home and diagnosed my that I have a leaky toilet, coming back Monday to repair.

I highly recommend Superior Service in general: the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they do excellent work. However I have to sing the praises of an individual today: John Goste. He’s a plumber for Superior and this week he came to my house twice for two jobs. The first was to to install a new water heater. Before doing that he helped me by opening a bathroom door that had been stuck for months. He did this on his own even though it wasn’t required for the job he was here to do. That was so helpful to me.After the first job he recommended some repairs and a new faucet in my other bathroom, which I scheduled for today. He did an excellent job on that, and also removed some mold around the sink for no charge. As a bonus, he fixed a ramp that leads to my front door! He did all that without me asking, only to be helpful.Not only is he an excellent plumber, but he is very friendly and kind. My dog liked him immediately.I highly recommend John Goste at Superior if you’re looking for a plumber. Superior is a great HVAC company as well.
Jerry was very thorough- explained everything in detail along with pictures.

The prompt timing in which they made it out for my a/c unit was excellent. Jerry arrived & was extremely professional. He diagnosed the issue immediately & he had the a/c up & running again in no time!

Superior put in a hot water heater, furnance and a.c. for me.The techs Jesse and Jake worked very hard, were very detailed and left area spotless. Would use them again. Real Pros!

Jerry is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He explained step by step what he was checking and why on the a/c unit, what the readouts meant and impact to system performance. Impressive young man, great service experience.

When my AC died on a very hot day, Scott was at my house within 4 hours. Very knowledgeable. My new unit was installed 3 days later. Jesse and Jake did an awesome job. Polite, attentive and clean. Thanks

I called today because my ac wasnt working and was very happy to hear that they could come out same day. Jerry arrived on time and did a great job fixing the ac. He was very likeable and knowledgeable.

Another great service call from Superior heating and cooling!! Korey came out today and did a fantastic job on repairing my upstairs unit. He was extremely thorough and explained everything in detail. I actually saved money today by joining their maintenance plan which was almost as much as the one part and they will come out twice a year and do complete cleanings of both units, repair everything with a 20% discount and waive service fee. I am so pleased with this company. There is no guesswork, no scamming they give excellent service and reasonable pricing! Thank you, Korey!I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received from Superior heating and cooling. Tim the technician was extremely detail oriented, on time, resourceful, and repaired our AC effortlessly. I had had someone else come earlier and they actually made the system freeze. Tim repaired everything and did not overcharge. I am going to use this company from this point on.Thank you!

My first time dealing with this company. Very pleased. Chris, the technician, was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Got our part replaced under a manufacturer’s warranty. We only had to pay the labor. While there, he also serviced the equipment.

Corey, the technician was at my house in no time. He was friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and very thorough. My air conditioner was up and running in about an hour. I very happy with the service.

Had the AC checked today by Jerry and he wasn't affected by the rain at all. He replaced the thermostat for me and took care of an issue with the AC.
