I had a new HVAC system installed 3/19/24. Jesse, Jacob, and Kevin arrived promptly. We walked through the house and they had a good understanding of all of the work to be performed. They were very friendly and professional. They worked diligently and kept me informed throughout the day. Their explanations were clear and correct. When the work was complete, they each showed and explained the work they had each performed.
Superior should be proud of the dedication to their work as demonstrated by these three highly qualified and extremely knowledgeable and capable young men. I am very pleased with the new equipment and the professional manner used in the installation.

Chris completed the spring checkup on our HVAC system today. He was very friendly and polite. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing when I had questions. He also showed me some options I could use on the thermostat. We are very happy with our purchase and the professional service Superior provides.

Our plumber, John Goste, came out and gave us great service on our water heater.
He showed us what was wrong (bad element), and discussed possible reasons.
He ran faucets throughout the house afterwards to clear any air from the lines.

Jan. 2025 - Had a backed up kitchen sink with a small leak behind the wall. Superior was my second call (because I forgot they offered plumbing services) after having another plumbing company come out and tell me it was time to replace my cast iron stack. The first company also told me they would have to bust out my bathroom wall to access part of the stack. But then i had Superior come out and their 30 year Master Plumber said that they could access everything from the kitchen (through the drywall behind my sink and stove) and not even touch the bathroom walls. I was sold. They are truly masters of their craft and saved me so much money not breaking down extra walls. I knew i would have to replace that old cast iron stack eventually, but now i wish i would have done it sooner. Everything is running great thanks to Superior!

Oct. 2024 - Had my seasonal maintenance check-up with Korey Tallevast. Who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked him about the benefits of adding a humidifier to my existing system as I was having issues with a very dry house in the winter (nosebleeds, static/shocking, etc.) Korey went through all the benefits and how easy the process of adding one was with Superior. So I told him I would like to have one installed (I was thinking since this is a busy part of the year, we would have to schedule this out for another day/week), they were able to schedule another technician to do the install the SAME day.
Cody Bowman came to my house after finishing another install an hour after Korey left. Cody was just as friendly and knowledgeable. Explained the changes he performed, and how to use the settings on the humidifier. I can tell Cody puts years of knowledge and pride into his work. I'm a club member with Superior and I will say it definitely has it's added benefits, as my humidifier will be part of the twice yearly maintenance going forward.
Happy with the service that Superior continues to provide! Thanks for the quick install!

Furnace was short cycling. After a chilly night I called Superior to get service. Was able to get a service tech (Jerry A) by 9 am.
Jerry was professional and explained everything he was doing to diagnose the source of the problem. Turns out the air filter was restricting the airflow to properly operate without overheating.
Greatly appreciate the quick service, professionalism of Jerry and the office staff that set me up for the service.

Highly recommend!!
