10/13/26 Jerry was very professional and honest. He spoke to us about surge protectors and we decided to have it done. He went to install them and found that we have whole home surge protection and explained to us that we don’t need the products that he recommended. We have used superior for many years and this is the reason why. We trust and depend on them for our hvac and plumbing needs and they never let us down. 6-2-26 Korey was excellent. Very professional. 10/12/26 Korey and Noah came on time, both friendly and knowledgeable. They serviced the furnace in a short time, and checked our CO alarms also. Jerry is friendly and efficient. He explained his work well and I’m ready for the winter.

10/12/26 Korey and Noah arrived on time to handle the fall furnace checkup. They were very thorough. They also checked the carbon monoxide detectors in the house, which is a very good idea with a fas furnace. 7/16/25 Early afternoon and my outside A/C is buzzing and the fam is not spinning. Jerry from Superior was at my house in 30 minutes (wow). He diagnosed the problem as a failed outside fan. He explained the repair options. He replaced the fan and checked out the rest of the system. It was up and running in an hour. First hot day of the year my A/C would not run. I called Superior at 8pm Friday. The technician was at my house at 1pm Saturday! Fantastic response. He diagnosed and fixed a wiring problem. He also performed a system checkup and discovered the 8 year old compresssor capacitor was failing. Also, I received a text with the name, picture and information about the tech while he was on his way. 11/3/25 Yearly checkup was scheduled between 12-4. Chris from Superior was here shortly after noon - much better than waiting all day for some utilities to show up! Check furnace and filter, humidifier and water panel. Now I'm ready for winter. 5/21/26 Regular checkup. On time at 8am. Chris from Superior checked everything and discovered slightly low coolant level. The system is 12 years old. He provided the cost of the additonal coolant and get my approval before doing any work. Now Superior will be watching this during checkups to see if there is a sereious leak.

Korey and Noah did the fall service on my furnace and did a great job. I know i can trust them to keep my furnace and a/c running efficiently.

A perfect score for this company and tech Adam Springmeyer! I called at 12:37pm and Adam was here at 1:00pm to look at my hot water heater. Determined a new hot water heater needed to be installed. Adam had the old one removed and installed the new one within a mere 1-1/2hrs. His professional approach and kindness was outstanding. I recommend him and this company completely! They also perform HVAC services which if I ever need, I will be calling them! Please consider this company for all your hot water heater and HVAC services!

Thank you Jerry. 8/3/26 Our ac stopped working and just like before, Superior was very responsive and had it working very quickly. Jerry diagnosed the problem and we are cooling off now.

10/5/26 Jerry came out for an issue with our ac and we were expecting the worst. Jerry checked the system and found a clog in our drain hose which was a relief since it was something minor. He talked to us about the importance of maintaining our system so we signed up for their program. Excellent service from making the appointment to the visit itself.
