John Goste was extremely helpful.

We have a grinder pump in our basement and called around to 7 or 8 places before finally finding Superior Service.

They came out and assessed the issue and promptly scheduled the replacement part. They were clean, efficient, and professional. John was our technician for both visits and was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous!

As usual, my technician Jerry was very professional, knowlwdgeable. friendly and efficient when he came today and serviced my two heating - air-conditioning units. I am grateful to know that my units are up to par especially since the cold weather is about to set in.

Today Cody snd Zach installed a new furnace and air-conditioning unit. They both were timely,
professional and knowledgeable. After the installation, Cody showed my how to navigate my new unit. He also explained how to use the thermostat on the unit and explained the specific parts of the air-conditioner furnace and humidifier and went through each of the paper documents.I am very pleased with the outcome.

Dave has worked on and serviced our AC and Furnace for many many years. Besides being an excellent technician he’s a good guy! We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jerry today and same goes for him. We wouldn’t think of calling anyone but Superior for our HVAC.

John from Superior Services did an excellent job fixing our shower. It involved a lot of work, since it was more complicated than we originally thought. And he patiently explained the work that needed to be done. I would certainly recommend him and Superior for your plumbing needs.

Called because one of our furnaces wasn’t working and Jerry came out the same day, which was unexpected! He was both kind and professional while diagnosing and explaining in great detail what the issue was. He then thoroughly explained our options. Jerry returned for my heat check and was very thorough. He found an issue and has me set up to have it taken care of. Very happy with the service.

Jerry was honest and efficient. I had a bad experience with another company and it’s nice to know there is still company’s that work with integrity and honesty. Superior is my go to company from now on.

Water heater went out and Adam, with Superior went out of his way to come out by the end of the day and returned the next day and installed a new larger one! We couldn’t have been happier with Adam’s attentiveness and professionalism.

11-4-25 Korey was out and did our furnace maintenance today.

Had new Bryant furnace installed by Superior Services. They installed the previous furnace 18 years ago and have serviced both furnace and AC since then. Rick and Will were the team for this installation. Only issue was that “mastic” was dripped on my concrete floor and left that way. I routinely sweep and mop the floor anyway so it was an easy cleanup. Otherwise they were respectful of our property and completed the installation. They checked all electrical and gas fixtures to insure that everything worked as expected. I recommend Superior Services highly.
