Chris was amazing! He came out on a Sunday! He was honest and could have tried to sell me a new unit but he didn’t he FIXED our furnace! We won’t freeze tonight! If you want an HONEST service person who is qualified and competent call Superior and ask for Chris. We now have a new favorite HVAC company. We also had a leak in our basement and he helped me find the source. Thank you Superior for hiring such wonderful skilled people!
We have heat! Thank you, Superior! You've provided our installation and equipment since the beginning (decades ago!) and we felt very secure and very much in great hands with your recent replacement of our new boiler. The previous one lasted way beyond our expectations. Grateful to be in touch with Patrick through the years whenever we had questions, needed a quote and were due for an upgrade. Superior Services have been life saving for me. I’m so thankful that stuff was available on this past Sunday morning when temperatures were below freezing to answer their phones and to schedule repair Service. My furnace had gone out. Patrick was pleasant, professional, and timely. He arrived with a smile from ear to ear and fixed the problem in record time. He also recommended some tips so I can better prepare my appliances. I would highly recommend Superior Services and I will use them in the future.
Very fast response and great service. The guys were also patient and kind with our cats who needed to investigate why they were in our house. Would recommend!
Furnace not working properly. Called Superior and Korey was at our hose in 45 minutes. He was able to figure out the issue and readjusted settings on the heat pump and we were good to go. So glad we use Superior Heating and Korey was very knowledgeable and pleasant!1/10/2025Air conditioner not working.Chris was here in less than an hour found the problem. Fixed it and gone in 1 hour!Very pleased with their service and response time!!!Very quick to respond! Problem was taken care of in less than two hours from initial contact.Teddy did a great job!

Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest afternoons recently. I placed a call to Superior H&C. A tech, Korey, was dispatched and spent time getting us back up and running, I was very impressed with Koreys knowledge and workmanship. I have no hesitation recommending Superior service or Korey.
John responded to a call for service after a pipe to my hot water heart burst. He was so kind in helping me navigate what was happening and how he would fix it. He was able to make the repair right there and less than an hour later he was on his way. Will definitely be calling him for any plumbing needs in the future!
Jerry diagnosed the problem with our system and repaired it in timely manner. I would recommend them to my friends
Jerry was promot and efficient. He found the issue with my furnace and fixed it. He was very informative and walked me through what happened and what was needed to fix it.
Jerry was absolutely awesome found what was going immediately!!! He is now going to be my regular technician!!

John was really great! I showed him the area where I had a leak that I could not find. He found it after looking at the plumbing and the dish washer. I had turned off the water and he showed me a shut off valve I did not know I had to turn off the water to the dishwasher. The solenoid had cracked probably due to the cold. Now I know what the issue is and he made some helpful suggestions to make it so the issue should not happen again!I will definitely call Superior in the future for my plumbing needs!Regards,George

01/04/25I am very grateful they sent someone same day. Jerry came out and was able to find and fix the issue quickly. He was very friendly and professional.Patrick was amazing! His years of experience were truly appreciated in diagnosing the problem with my furnace..they were prompt in setting up the appointment which I was very grateful for, since we were in below zero temps..Patrick is definitely a knowledgeable HVAC person..I really appreciated his friendliness and efficiency..would highly recommend!

We had a water heater emergency which pooped out after 27 years of service... Anywho, Imust say, John Goste and his partner Jake are AMAZING. They were efficient yet CARING and generous with their time in installing our new water heater. I really loved how John explained exactly what we were getting every step of the way with TRANSPARENCY (which I especially appreciated being that my mom is older and I would hate for her to be taken advantage). That being said, both were VERY knowledgeable on plumbing, had command of the situation, could make sense of their plumbing surroundings on the spot, and showed excellent problem solving skills in deciphering our existing setup. John also gave us tutorials and allowed us to create video explanations of how to use our new water heater... what a plus!!! We highly recommend Superior for plumbing, and we hope John and Jake return next time we have a need. Hopefully, next time it's not an emergency!!!

Superior came out to install a humidifier on the furnace. The servicemen (Cody and Zach) were prompt and courteous. They explained the system and discussed other options to keep the house comfortable and safe for my family. We are long-term customers with Superior and don’t plan on changing that. Thanks gentlemen!

The crew was on time and worked hard to make sure the new HVAC system was installed and working properly. The hauled away all the old equipment and did a great job of cleaning up before they left.

John did an awesome job installing our new water heater! He took the time to answer all our questions and show us how to adjust the temp and drain it. Took away the old water heater no problem, and even fixed a pipe on our other system that I mentioned off-hand. Great service and would definitely recommend!

Jerry was fantastic! He came out day of, troubleshooted our whole system, answered all of our questions, and came back an hour later with the parts we needed to get our water heater working again. Excellent service, great experience!

John was great and very willing to explain the installation details for our new gas stove. He completed the job and cleaned the work area in two hours and was on his way. I will definitely use SUPERIOR Service for my next plumbing job.

Great family owned company (52 years) to do business. Very efficient, they called to remind me when they're coming. Honest and good certified plumbers are hard to find. This is a good company to do business with.

Chris was very respectful, that is put booties on his shoes before he came into the house. Assessed the issue with the furnace, provided a cost-effective repair, a long-term solution repair, and explain in detail the issues had occurred.

I called on Sunday am around 7:30 due to our heat not working. The technician arrived within an hour and fixed the issue immediately! Chris was incredibly polite and very knowledgeable. We will definitely not hesitate to call Superior for maintenance or any other issues.
