Cody and Zach came out and installed a new Bryant air conditioner and gave us excellent workmanship a quick install and went through how to work both the inside thermostat and how to maintain the outside unit I am extremely pleased with their service and help.

I called them on a Tuesday evening and they were out the very next day. Korey was my technician. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. He did a thorough job looking at everything in the system. My unit was up and running in no time.

Our air conditioner stopped producing cold air during 90 degree weather. After calling the company that installed our unit 4+ years ago and given a service date 9 days out I called Superior and they came out the same day. Korey expertly fixed the problem (the condenser), explained what he was doing and went on his way. As a bonus the service fee to come out was $17 cheaper than my old company.

This unit had been serviced 3 times in the last 3 weeks by another company and when they left yesterday it was nonfunctional. We contacted Superior Heating and Cooling at 9:30 A.M. and our AC was running by 1:30 PM. Both the representative on the phone and Chris the technician were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Jerry did a great job. Very personable and was always describing what he was doing in detail. He seemed to always give me multiple options and describe them and offer what he thought would be best for what the problem and potential solution could be.

Our AC quit working yesterday and it quickly got hot and sleeping was uncomfortable. I called Superior this AM and was able to have the repair completed within a few hours of my call! Jerry A was very knowledgeable and thorough making sure to check each part of the system explaining what he is looking for along the way. I recommend Superior and their team!

Superior Heating and Cooling provides excellent products and customer service with very reasonable, competitive pricing. Recently, Jerry, from Superior, did the annual service on our air conditioning system. He was thorough, knowledgeable and has great customer care skills. He answered all our questions and gave us a detailed report on our unit. He even tested our hot water heater and gave us some advice on replacement. He is an excellent HVAC technician. Superior Service was Wonderful! From the moment I placed my call to them, to completion of service, it all went smoothly. Excellent service! We recently had the pleasure of working with Superior Service in Lake Saint Louis, MO, and couldn't be happier with our experience.Yesterday, Scott guided us through our options for purchasing two new AC/Heater units. He presented us with three different solutions tailored to our budget. Scott's expertise and educational approach made us feel very comfortable. He helped us consider aspects we hadn't thought of and was incredibly patient, allowing us the time and space to discuss our decision as a family. We never felt pressured; instead, we felt well-informed.Today, the installation team, led by Cody and assisted by Zach, Jesse, and Jake, arrived promptly to install the systems. They were professional, courteous, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The team ensured that we were confident in operating the new system before they left. We got a new HVAC system installed today by Zach & Cody & Patrick. I would highly recommend this company. They were very professional and explained everything after the equipment was installed. They even went the extra mile by removing an AC window unit and hauling it away.

The team at Superior s vice was amazing. We had our hot water heater fail us unexpectedly. We call them early morning and 2 o’clock in the afternoon the not only had the problem diagnosed but also were able to replace the whole unit. I would definitely recommend them.

Update 6-3-24 Korey came out again this year and no problems!Korey has done an amazing job for me both in the spring and fall with the inspections. Small problems prevented so I have smooth sailing through both heating and cooling.
