Alex, Zach, Brendan, Sam, Noah, Jacob were all servicing our home and came about 9am and was done and out before 5pm doing double HVAC replacement.

Our water heater pressure valve began leaking, and there was a noticeable puddle on our basement floor. I looked online for a plumbing service to fix the issue. Superior Service was able to address the issue the same day. They tentatively scheduled someone for mid-afternoon, and shortly after, I received a call confirming that Adam was on his way. I can't say enough about Adam. He was efficient and polite, clearly identified the issue and what was needed for the repairs, and provided a very fair price quote. I'm so very happy with Adam and Superior Service. August 2026: we had our routine AC service earlier this year. Jerry was the technician who performed that service and did a wonderful job completing this. This month we had the A/C malfunction and called Superior. Jerry was our technician again, and easily identified that the capacitor had blown. The unit is about 5 years old so not a surprise. Jerry quickly corrected the problem by replacing the capacitor. The unit is working fine.

Cole was very knowledgeable and explained in detail how he would fix the clogged kitchen sink pipe and double checked there were no leaks b4 he left. Very pleasant individual. Though it was a bit pricey ($439 which included a $110 service fee) considering I had already removed and cleaned 2 pipes. All Cole had to do was snake the pipe to the outside and reinstall the 2 small pipes. Took maybe less than an hour.
