Jerry was great to work with. He took the time to talk me through every step of my A/C servicing, giving me a cost breakdown and the reason behind why he recommended certain parts be replaced. I never once felt like he was out to simply make more money for the company, rather that he was genuinely looking out for my best interest as a customer. A job well done and a pleasant experience all around.

The service representative was very professional and do an excellent job with a plumbing repair. The front office representative was also excellent where she made notes to schedule my repair at the top of the schedule. Where I received a call from the service representative first thing in the morning to schedule the repair. I received 5 star service.

Amazing and quick installation of 2 new ac and 2 furnaces, so happy with the work done today by Alex, Jesse, Brendan, Noah, and Sam! Done all in one day, they were so professional and respectful! They cleaned up after the job was done, and I cannot say enough good things about them! Superior has the absolute BEST employees! Thanks to Jerry who looked at our old units and thanks to Scott who made arrangements for installation of our new units, as well. It is so comforting to have Superior Service on our side and ready when they are needed.
