May 2026: Jerry came out was super friendly and got everything cleaned up! Great service!! Great service! Jerry came out and did a AC tune up and cleaning. Inspected our furnace and identified some important issues we need to resolve. Got the AC charged and replaced a capacitor in a timely fashion. Signed up for their annual plan and happy to be doing business with them.

Jerry is very knowledgeable and informative. He went over all of my options and wasn’t pushy which is much better than my experience with another company in the area.

7/16/25 Early afternoon and my outside A/C is buzzing and the fam is not spinning. Jerry from Superior was at my house in 30 minutes (wow). He diagnosed the problem as a failed outside fan. He explained the repair options. He replaced the fan and checked out the rest of the system. It was up and running in an hour. First hot day of the year my A/C would not run. I called Superior at 8pm Friday. The technician was at my house at 1pm Saturday! Fantastic response. He diagnosed and fixed a wiring problem. He also performed a system checkup and discovered the 8 year old compresssor capacitor was failing. Also, I received a text with the name, picture and information about the tech while he was on his way. 11/3/25 Yearly checkup was scheduled between 12-4. Chris from Superior was here shortly after noon - much better than waiting all day for some utilities to show up! Check furnace and filter, humidifier and water panel. Now I'm ready for winter. 5/21/26 Regular checkup. On time at 8am. Chris from Superior checked everything and discovered slightly low coolant level. The system is 12 years old. He provided the cost of the additonal coolant and get my approval before doing any work. Now Superior will be watching this during checkups to see if there is a sereious leak.

5/20/2026 Jerry came in for routine A/C inspection and maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He did recommend the surge protector to be added to our system and gave good reasons for having it. I would recommend Superior Heating for all of your heating and cooling needs. Water heater went out and Adam, with Superior went out of his way to come out by the end of the day and returned the next day and installed a new larger one! We couldn’t have been happier with Adam’s attentiveness and professionalism.

Jerry, did a great job informing us about the importance of maintenance for our furnace. He checked all that needed to be checked.
