Everything about my experience with Superior has been awesome!! Lucas came out and spent time figuring out what would work best for our house. Then took time to talk to my husband and answer questions that I couldn't. Cody and Zach came out and did the work this morning. They were on time, polite & got the job done quickly. I also really liked the text including a picture of who was going to be showing up at my house with some information about them. I would recommend Superior and all of the people I worked with to anyone!!!
Korey the service tech was quick to diagnose, explain the problem (an archaic system that may of served in WWII) and offered solutions to the issue. Unfortunately the furnace was on life support so we did the kind thing and completely replaced him, tossing his furnace self into the trash. Rick, Chris G and Jake were kind, professional, and a delight to be around. I felt completely at ease with them there. With Jake's random singing, Chris hilarious commentary, and Rick's professionalism made for a fun dynamic. It's always nice to see people enjoying themselves at work, it truly speaks for the company. Plus we now have an updated system that was installed in an impossibly small area. Despite all the tribulations the architecture posed, they got it done in style, and with great attitudes the whole way. Thanks guys!
Technician Adam S. was very knowledgeable about what the issue with my hot water heater was and worked with me to get the best deal possible for a new unit and correcting issues to prevent further problems later
Highly recommend. Called at 9am on a Saturday and they were here by 11am. Jerry did a thorough inspection of the furnace figured out the issue and fixed it. He also explained what the issue was and provided all the options. While he was waiting to check the repair, he checked the water heater and humidifier to see how they were doing and provided recommendations but didnt pressure to make changes. Jerry even made friends with my crazy dog that doesn't like visitors. We signed up for the maintenance package. Looking forward to a new service relationship.
Cody and Zach very professional and very friendly. They walked me through everything they did and answered all my questions.Adam came in and did plumbing for me and did a great job a pro and very respectful.
Cody and Zach installed the new furnace. However the wrong color thermostat was installed. They apologized for the mistake and were going to call the office about it. We declined. Other than that, everything went smoothly. The furnace passed inspection with no issue.
Our furnace went out while we were out of town and I called Superior Service on Sunday morning as we were returning home. I was told Lucas would call me on Monday. He did and rearranged his schedule to meet at a convenient time for us. We selected an efficient furnace and were able to secure 0% interest financing. Jesse and Jake came out and installed the new furnace, humidifier and thermostat. They were a great team, each explaining aspects of the new system to us. Jesse and/or Jake installed the new furnace, cleaned up and removed the old system. Each person, including Cindy at the office and one other gentleman were extremely helpful! I highly recommend Superior Service and appreciate their professionalism and customer service. Thank you!
Nick was very helpful in answering all of my many questions and was even attentive when I was telling him about being a recent widow. He explained things so that I understood going above and beyond by hosing off my upstairs unit which was not theirs. I highly recommend Nick and Superior.
I had a concern with my furnace making a squealing noise. I called superior at around 11am and they had Jerry at my house by 1pm. He was very nice and great at explaining everything. Will definitely use again.
Rick was extremely professional and courteous. He was very efficient installing our new HVAC system. Rick explained how everything worked and shared some valuable maintenance information with us. I would recommend to anyone needing a new system installed.
