Furnace not working properly. Called Superior and Korey was at our hose in 45 minutes. He was able to figure out the issue and readjusted settings on the heat pump and we were good to go. So glad we use Superior Heating and Korey was very knowledgeable and pleasant!

Air conditioner not working.
Chris was here in less than an hour found the problem. Fixed it and gone in 1 hour!
Very pleased with their service and response time!!!

Our tech was Mr. John and from the initial notification that he was on his way to the end of his assessment of our water heater he was extremely helpful. He was able to explain why our water heater failed, how to prevent that in the future, and what we should do right now. He was able to give us a full breakdown of the price for the service and when to schedule his next visit. I would absolutely recommend this company and their tech Mr John.

Jerry was our tech today and was very helpful. He found and fixed a problem that actually I created while he was
doing our annual checkup. He had some helpful suggestions while talking about hvac replacement which we know is in the near future.

I have been using this company for about 8 years now. The company has expanded quite a bit over the years, but the services are still good. Jerry was the technician that did the spring check up for me today. He was courteous and easy to work with. I appreciate him using shoe covers upon entering my house - this is super important for me!

The crew from sale to installation were professional and extremely efficient. They took the time to walk us through every step and explain the operations of the systems and warrant. Jerry Ayyad provided our A/C tune up today. Friendly, professionals and courteous. Shared a wealth of information regarding our unit as well as a few improvements. Superior does a great job. I will continue to use them to service our home.
John Goste and Superior were my heroes last Friday. Water heater went out on Thursday. A phone call later and I was scheduled for Friday morning to replace and upgrade the 1984 water heater. John was on time, efficient and cleaned everything up when he finished replacing the heater. Highly recommend.

Chris serviced my AC and was professional, efficient, and friendly. He asked if I had plumbing needs, and Danny came out shortly after — also top-notch! He replaced 3 shut-offs, mounted loose pipes, cleaned my washer drain, fixed a leaky toilet, and installed a new sink faucet. Both left the work areas cleaner than they found them. Great service, fast turnaround, and high-quality work. Highly recommend!

Danny and his helper replaced a pipe. I was pleased with there work and fixed my problem. Danny has been out for other work and knows what he is doing. When he is sent out I know the problem will get fixed. He is kind and easy to understand. I trust superior with my heating cooling and plumbing needs.
