Everything from start to finish was amazing. We had our AC & furnace units replaced and everyone was very nice and professional. Jesse & Noah took the time to show us everything they replaced and how to use our new thermostat. Very happy that we chose Superior!

The technician, Chris was great. He spent extra time with me to explain how issues could arise if the AC and furnace are not maintained properly. I would highly recommend Superior for your heating and cooling needs, as long as they are smart enough to treat Jerry well enough to continue to work for them.

Korey was here to do our summer AC check. He did a great job and was great to work with. This is a great company to work with. Highly recommend them.
After our A/C went out Tues morning and a dinner party that night we called the people who regularly service our equipment and they said they could squeeze us in Thurs as an emergency at $149.
So I called 3 other places with no luck. I noticed Superior H & C had a 98% same day service. Sure enough they were at our house in an hour.
Josh Lee was the tech and he quickly diagnosed the problem and had us running within the hour. He was extremely professiona and a really nice guy to boot.
Needless to say I am cancelling my other service contract and signing up with Superior.
I HIGHLY recommend them.

This is Jerry’s 2nd time coming out to us. He is transparent, reliable, and easy to work with. He lays out all pros/cons so I understood all of my options and answers all questions patiently. Highly recommend.

Their service was great and fast. Chris is knowledgeable and helpful during my HVac maintenance and service call.

I would recommend Superior Service for plumbing to anyone. John Goste was our plumber. He was very friendly, polite, experienced and knowledgeable about his work. We are very happy with the work he did here. Hope we get him back for any future plumbing work.
