Excellent service. Water heater problem was diagnosed and new unit installed within a few hours of initial call to Superior Service Lake St Louis. Technician Adam was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. Very professional service, will use again if anything else needs service.

Just had Superior check the furnace for the upcoming season. Can’t say enough about the great work of the technician (Jerry A). He’s professional, knowledgeable and personable. Took time to explain where problems can typically arise and how my furnace is operating to manufacturer specs. So pleased I found this company. I highly recommend Superior!

We have had Chris W come out to do our system maintenance ever since we installed our new HVAC, furnace, water heater and dehumidifier systems. He is very knowledgeable and answers any questions that I have and also explains everything that was done during his visit.

Amazing crew replaced both of our HVAC systems in 1 day. No mess, and left us with state of the art systems. Highly recommend.

Superior techs Alex and Jake replaced our heating/cooling unit today and did a great job. They cleaned up and left no trace that they were ever here.
