Jerry showed up on time and ready to work! Had a great a/c checkup and am ready for summer. I can't say enough great things about this company between the customer service reminders for my check ups to Jerry always providing the best service on my units! Thank you Superior!!

I had my yearly checkup on my furnace today and everything went as smoothly as possibly. Angie called to let me know Jerry was on his way. Jerry showed up on time ready to work. We have requested Jerry everytime because he is the best and most friendly servicer ever! Thank you Jerry for being so wonderful and taking great care of us!!

Updated post....I had my yearly maintenance checkup on my a/c unit done by Jerry, who showed us we had a leak in the unit. All hvac is as old as the house. Jerry went over options and pricing. He even offered us a special they we're running for March. Set up appt. for new system. They were out in 2 days! Chris, Jr. and Kevin arrived early and prepared to work. The job took less time than scheduled. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional! Superior Service truly is superior!! They will handle all my service needs.

I called this am to schedule a repair for my furnance. Cindy answered the phone and was pleasant. She was able to get me an appt same day. She informed me Korey would call on his way to my house. Korey called within the hr and arrived ready to work on my furnace. He was informative, answered my questions, provided me with a yearly maintenance plan and was very professional. I will definitely recommend and am very happy with Korey and my service!! Thank you!

Update on my post from yesterday:
While Korey was at my house servicing my furnance, I asked about some plumbing needs. My expansion tank was bad, as well as a pressure regulator valve. He called the office before leaving my house to setup an appt. with one of their plumbers. I was lucky enough to have Nick Scanlon come over pretty much first thing in the morning. He was professional and courteous and got me all fixed up before lunchtime. The estimate was free since the company was at my house performing service the day prior. Also was given 5% off due to having service done the day prior. I couldn't be happier and more at peace with the work that was perfomed at my house. Thank you Nick!
