10/10/25 Korey did a fantastic job for us. He did the furnace maintenance and also fixed a problematic air vent in the ceiling so it was secure & won't be falling down from the suspended ceiling tile & air duct. As always, we are very satisfied with the service! Jerry was skillful, informative. & efficient with my AC cleaning. He was knowledgeable with his diagnostics & recommendations. He was able to answer my questions clearly for me to understand. He also replaced our UV ozone air scribber light. He helped me get set up with your membership too. I am very pleased with his work.

Had a small plumbing issue, and called someone other than Superior to begin with. They could squeeze me in, in a couple of days. Thought I’d try elsewhere and gave Superior a call. They said, “yes” they could get me in before end of day. Well, that’s better than waiting 48+ hours. Within 5 minutes of hanging up with the office, Cole V called and said he was on his way. Cole was polite, professional and got us back up and going quickly. Next time I’ll start with Superior Service. I know it probably doesn’t always work out this well, but today it did. Thanks.
