Jerry was very knowledgeable and professional during the service call. He answered all my questions and provided excellent recommendations to prolong the life of our systems. He installed an acid reducer to protect our drainage systems and confirmed all required equipment updates were performed. When he left, I knew our home was is much better shape than when he arrived. Couldn't be happier! Thanks!

9-17-26 Korey and Noah came out and performed my heating maintenance today. Great work! 8-3-26 Korey was out and performed my AC maintenance today. He was excellent! 6/2/25 Jerry was also excellent. He installed a new disconnect box with surge protection. Korey was excellent! Installed a new Ecobee Pro thermostat and joined the maintenance plan. Thank you for the service today. 9-27-24 Korey was today for my heat checkup. Gave options for water softener.

9/17/26 Jerry is an excellent rep of superior. He is professional and thorough. Highly recommend. We had another great experience with Superior Heating and Cooling. This past year we had decided to fire our long standing HVAC company. It was always gloom and doom with them. So we decided to hire Superior Service instead. What a good decision that has turned out to be! Adam S. did an excellent job installing a new gas water heater for me. It involved installing a pressure regulator, moving the gas pipe and replacing copper water lines and vent duct lines. The new equipment looks good and works great! Adam cleaned the area and explained everything I need to know about my new water heater before leaving.

Very pleased! Superior replaced my entire HVAC. Had some great recommendations based on the issues we had with our last system. The heat pump seems to be saving a lot of energy costs and they came out quick when we had an error code pop up shortly after install. Jessie, Brendon, and Sam did a great job on the install and Christian was great checking things out after the error code. Service got here within an hour of the error code popping up.

9/14/26 Christian came out for our furnace maintenances. He was very personable, technical knowledge was good and offered some ideas on our aging water heater. Jerry was great. He was knowledgeable, very personable, worked at a very appropriate pace (we did not feel like he was hurrying or that he was too slow), kept us engaged in what he was doing and explained what he was doing. 9/11/26 Christian came out for our furnace maintenance. He was thorough and pointed out something that may cause some trouble in the future with my aging system. I appreciated his service today. Jerry arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace. He made a special trip back to take of the problem later in the day after getting the needed parts.
