We had a party planned for tomorrow and couldn't get a hold of or find other plumbers who couldn't is in today. MARCH 2026 - After having a dishwasher installed we discovered two water gaskets were likely broken. Within 30 minutes of reaching out to Superior Service, their tech John Goste was already at my home and giving me estimates on the repair. He did a great job and was very thorough in making sure once the water to the house was back on that everything was working as it should. Very impressed and we signed up for the Club Membership as well. UPDATE June 15 2026 Our two AC units went out last week. Within a day, Chris Williams and Scott Moore with Superior Service were at my home to check on the systems and walking my wife and I through the process of replacing both AC units and both furnaces once it was determined they needed to be replaced. Zach, Jesse, Noah and Jacob all did an amazing job with the install. They assisted in getting the apps set up on our phones and walking us through using the new thermostats and answered any questions we had. The AC units we went with are so quiet you can hardly hear them running when standing just a few feet away. So happy we signed up for the Club Membership as well. The discounts on install and peace of mind that comes with it make it well worth it. Can't recommend them enough! Another 5 star review from me. UPDATE June 17 2026 We also had 2 water heaters that ended up needing to be replaced. Josh Watson was at my home the day after the AC install to try and repair. When it was determined we needed new units Josh was able to get everything scheduled and worked with the office to have the additional work needing to be done added to the financing for the AC & furnaces. Josh and Teddy Arview did a great job of removing our old heaters, getting everything re-piped more efficiently and installed quickly and also educating me on maintenance of the new water heating system. Teddy even provided some dog treats for our dog! Cant say enough about the guys at Superior Service (if you couldn't tell this is my third review in several months). Looking forward to continued support from them for years to come. Another 5/5 or 15/15 stars overall so far.

6/16/26 As always, Jerry was extremely professional and thoroughly. He took care of both of my units. Showed me how to connect my internet to the correct system. I am always pleased when he leaves because I know he did an excellent job of taking care of my systems. 11-10-25 ( update) As usual, my technician Jerry was very professional, knowlwdgeable. friendly and efficient when he came today and serviced my two heating - air-conditioning units. I am grateful to know that my units are up to par especially since the cold weather is about to set in. 5/28/25 Jerry was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He also showed my how to use my thermostat properly on the unit I have on my second floor. Very helpful. Update: October 25, 2024 Today Cody snd Zach installed a new furnace and air-conditioning unit. They both were timely, professional and knowledgeable. After the installation, Cody showed my how to navigate my new unit. He also explained how to use the thermostat on the unit and explained the specific parts of the air-conditioner furnace and humidifier and went through each of the paper documents.I am very pleased with the outcome.

Adam S. did an excellent job installing a new gas water heater for me. It involved installing a pressure regulator, moving the gas pipe and replacing copper water lines and vent duct lines. The new equipment looks good and works great! Adam cleaned the area and explained everything I need to know about my new water heater before leaving.
